Applied for job on company website, and never heard back. Found out later that hiring manager didn't think I was suitable for the job. Why? HR put me forward for a different position, one that I was completely unsuitable for. So, probably best to chase them up soon if you really want your application to go through for the job you are actually appling for.
Technical interview was tough with a lot of technical questions.three rounds. 2 technical and 1 hr. College placements. Lot of questions on aircrafts and how they work and engineering major related.

interview has 3 stages, 1st with initial interview with HR, 2nd with Operations head, 3rd was the MD - which you can tell that they have a process and filter with talents. Overall it was great experience.
