Applied for the Airbus TSP - Planning department, submitted resume and then had a phone interview with 2 members of the staff team. The phone interview lasted roughly 30 minutes over whatsapp call and the members of the staff team were very friendly and easy going. Got the offer a while later.
Completed an online application, got called in for an interview a few weeks later. Was interviewed at Filton, Bristol. Really nice people and a nice environment. Everyone was very helpful and made an effort not to stress me out.

Simple -- the basic HR interview followed by an engineering interview. The questions were pretty easy and I'm not sure there were any wrong answers in the HR portion unless you are dirt bag.
