Initial application done online and invited to assessment centre after a couple of months. Assessment centre was scheduled for about 4 months after the initial application. Assessment day was in Stevenage and consisted of an introduction to the company and the assessors, group exercise regarding logistics, a business scenario (individual) followed by a short presentation - innovative ideas and stuff, then an opportunity to chat to current graduates. Finally an interview with an HR and senior part of the respective team for which you're applying, very relaxed and general questions about the company, competency ones and a few technical.
