It was a 3 round process. 1st round was GD. In 2nd round sales pitch was given. In 3rd round general questions were asked amd a sales pitch was given.

I m writing this to let you know, do not waste your time trying to be a part of airblack as an employee, since i have not experienced the services so do not want to commit on that, undoubtedly it would be fine. But trust me when it comes to be a part of it as an employee, you'll regret later. Even google has a easier and clear interview process, airblack will never update you on what's wrong with the candidate profile and where did he/she lacked, they keep you on hold for as long as you can imagine and will treat you like a useless candidate that should be available all the time as per their convenience. God knows what expectations they keep for the selection process. Working hours are against the factory act i.e 10hr and no matters what covid is affecting the world. They will want you to join office immediately if you get selected (after long 3 weeks of analysis and a non selected candid mail). May God bless the employees associated with it THE HORRIBLE ONES.
