Started well, and actually had great interviews. Had one interview and was put into the next round. In between I had to do an English and Management skill test. But after the second interview they ghosted me. They even deleted my application on my profile on their career profile, instead of at least telling me via the career platform that I was rejected. I think this is disrespectful, ignorant and arrogant and speaks for the culture of the company. I have never experienced something horrible like this ever.
