One phone screening followed by an in-person interview. It lasted about 4 hours total and involved presenting my PhD research, followed by questions. Then pairs of interviewers met with me to ask questions. This occurred for three 30-minute sessions.

Technical interview with undergraduate level chemical engineering questions and reasoned thinking questions , personality interview about past experiences and future goals, engineering assessment for undergraduate concepts and reasoning ability. Very personable interview process with engineering employees.

A few weeks of hearing nothing between rounds then would have another interview. Very friendly interviewers who helped if you weren't sure on some of the technical questions. Overall good experience.
