Screening interview completed by an HR representative. Invited for 2nd round interview in person due to logistical circumstances; seems like 2nd round interviews might be over the phone or in person depending upon applicant's location. Believe there may also be a 3rd round of in person, on site interviews, if required. I was not required to complete a 3rd round interview.

2 interviews over a few weeks. Was given a verbal offer but told they were determining compensation just to get strung along for a week and told they were "going in another direction".
