very easy process, they were pretty desperate for people yet picky.
They contacted me and asked If I would be interested in a conversation which ended up being 3 interviews!
Overall I would say they are having difficulty attracting talent because they dont offer good work life balance or salary yet demand complete loyalty

Lots of technical engineering questions thrown at me.
Doubted if I had the required industry experience even though I worked for their direct competitor.
Recommend you only apply if you are knowledgeable in your field.
Interview was extremely easy. Everyone was very welcoming and this company has an incredible work life balance and culture. Would recommend to anybody applying because it was an incredible work place.

There were 2 rounds of interview with panel who travelled from Shanghai office. First with the hiring manager and the second with the director. Session was professional, technically driven yet relatively relaxed.
