I applied for the position and heard back shortly from Air Products to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was asked to come in for an "in-person" interview the following week. The interview consisted of me answering questions in a room with 5 other individuals from either HR or logistics. Very straight forward interview asking questions about my educational or professional background. One segment of the interview consisted of answering some math problems on the fly.
