Found the vacancy through the state's ANG website. Followed the included instruction and mailed off the application package. Heard back from the HR person in about 2 weeks. Then I got a response from the unit to schedule me for an interview month after that. The interview was in a week. 3 person panel interview. Wear a suit if you are civilian. Service dress if you are currently in Air Force; ditto for other services. About 10 questions, 5 leadership, 5 technical. Be honest, they are looking for someone they can work with and you should see if you want to work with them.
