You just need to prepare a self-introduction on the first round. Then, they will let you read a English paragraph related to In-flight announcement. That is for the first round.
This is the first round of interviews. First, give a self-intro in English one by one. They will give you a short flight announcement. You will have to read it in English and Japanese or Korean if possible.

you will have higher chance to get selected if you have the interview earlier time. I was in the first group and most of us were able to get into the next round. But the only few applicant of the last last group were selected for the final interview, and all of us could not find any reason but the timing.
