Tout d'abord, un entretien avec la RH responsable des VIE afin de connaître nos motivations. Puis un entretien opérationnel avec le manager pour discuter de l'aspect technique et des missions. Et enfin un entretien avec la RH locale afin d'aller plus loin dans un questionnaire de motivation et personnalité.

1st interview HR: it was mostly about my personality and how I would react in certain situations 2nd interview Group manager: it was both about my background, previous experience and also about personality 3rd interview future coworkers: it was mostly technical and I was asked to sent them a presentation with previous research work; they also explained to me how was the life style of the city I would possibly move in to
