You have to be accepted into the sheet metal workers local 19 apprenticeship training program and then hope you get hired by this company. You can't directly solicit the company as a union sheet metal worker. Networking with fellow union members can at least get your name out there and possibly provide a connection within the company.

Nothing too difficult. There are certain pieces of machinery in the shop you really need to pay attention to learning how to operate properly for safeties sake and to be able to produce something of value.
