Applied online through their website. Got a phone interview about two weeks later telling me what the role does and responsibility. Just asked a few behavioural questions and what languages do I speak. I told them I speak English Cantonese Mandarin and Korean and the lady said they are not looking for people who speak these languages but she will keep me on file until they need these languages. I don't think I'll get it since I think French is what they are looking for. But overall easy phone interview and the lady is very helpful.

Initial phone interview followed by an email personality and compatibility assessment, Once you are hired they schedule phone interviews to verify your language skills that are on your resume, so be prepared for that. Overall it is a pleasant and straightforward process, much like any big corporation.
