The interviewers were on a power trip and two of them were playing the Jekyll and Hyde game. I lost interest in the interview as soon as they asked me about drinking and smoking. Tried to put up with them for a while, they just went on to belittle my achievements and insult me over time. I was not asked about whether or not I already had a job, or briefed about the position or anything relevant to the position. Should have been a clue to leave. Reflected of a poor work culture and hostile environment. Think about it, if the interviewer is rude to you when you're not the employee of the company yet, how are they going to behave once you join? I later found out that my interviewer "tYpd Liek DiS..." and had been an underachiever most of his life with nothing to show for in his college life. That could have been the reason for his insecurities. You've been warned: this is NOT an equal opportunity employer. You might be discriminated against your age, gender, religion and race. You're knowledge doesn't matter. Add to that, the poor pay matrix. Probably one of the reasons why this is only a 100-cr company and not more, despite having its foundation being laid 40 years ago.
