This was a very weird interview and I am not telling this because I didn't get an offer. Let me tell you the whole story:
When I got the interview invitation, I was asked to pick a date and time for the interview. which I did but didn't realise that the interviewer was in Philippines. 100% my mistake, so I missed the interview. As soon as I realised my mistake, I sent them an email and they were very kind and understanding. They told me to pick another date and time. Thus far everything was nice. Then came the time for the rescheduled interview, nobody showed up. After waiting for 20 mins, I got an email stating that the interview is rescheduled (not by the interviewer, but the scheduling system automated email). There was no explanation, nor were they asking if the new time was good for me. I was baffled, hoping that this wasn't a payback for me missing the first interview. I rearranged my own schedule to attend the new time they gave me and finally after waiting 10 mins (for a 30 min interview waiting for 10 mins is very significant let alone rude), interviewer came to the online meeting.
First she gave a brief information about the company (it felt like she was reading it or had memorised a text). This created such a cold atmosphere that I was thinking about ending the interview at this point. Then she asked me to talk about myself but tell stuff that wasn't on my CV. This is straight up weird, anything that is not on my CV is basically my personal life, so I was confused what to tell. Then she asked me to talk about agile and scrum. Anyone who is involved in this knows that this question is too complicated to answer shortly, so I got confused once again. I asked if she wants to know the descriptions or implications. She said no no, just tell me about them. I explained main points and we moved on. The rest of the interview had nothing to do with the position. Everything took 15 mins. Quite an unprofessional experience for me, and a waste of my time.
