Overall, the folks involved in the process were very transparent and the whole experience felt authentic which I appreciated. Process was similar to most tech companies with 4 rounds, including a demo scenario. Overall I enjoyed the process because the conversations were meaningful, you could feel they're intentionality with hiring the right fit not just from a skill standpoint, but culture as well.
