I applied on LinkedIn. A recruiter from the recruiting team reached out to me and we had a 45 min conversation. I was then scheduled to meet an engineering lead. I thought we had a pretty good conversation for about an hour. I was asked to provide feedback on the spot about code he share to me and how I would refactor it. I believed I was able to solve the issue. I was expecting feedback about the next step but they I never heard from them again. I was really disappointed about that.
