There were 3 stages to the interview. First was the analysis of a financial report and an essay, secondly was an interview with the Head of HR, and the final was with the COO.

One interview with HR, followed by an interview with your supervisor. Before you are hired, you are also made to chat with the CEO of the firm. If all goes well, you are required to take a test to assess your verbal and quant skill level.
