Interviewing at Agolo was an unexpectedly unprofessional experience. The hiring manager conducted the interview with poor internet connectivity, leading to repeated disruptions that made it difficult for them to fully engage with what I was saying. Despite these issues, I was asked to prepare and submit a detailed 90-day plan, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, I received no response after submission—completely ghosted. This lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing and left a negative impression of their interview process.
