The interview took a few hours, I interviewed with a few team leaders, as well as a small group (three or four people) of potential coworkers. I learned about job specifics, and each interviewer was confident that there was a lot of opportunity for cross-training within Agilux. The questions asked were not very technical, and the interview was relaxed and casual, which made for a great interview process. Also, everyone was really friendly! The interview ended with a tour of the facility.
