The interview followed a standard recruitment process. It began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by a hiring manager interview, a comprehensive in-person round at the office, and a final leadership discussion.

Met practice manager, followed by number of other recruiters from the team. Had a short interview with CEO. There was HR / behavioural Test. And after reference checks, I was offered the role.
