Submitted application online, first recruiter call then video interview with the hiring manager and then with the department director. The hiring manager never opened her camera during the interview which was a red flag (she apologized for it, but still). First two calls (HR and manager) were casual, the director interview was based on STAR so required more effort. With that being said the process was smooth but unfortunately they've ghosted me after the interviews and never told me that I didn't get the job.

What was a situation where someone didn't agree with you
3 steps interview process with 3 one on one interview. The interviewers were genuine and conventional in the format and during the discussions. Each of the interviews lasted more than 30mn.

How do you handle a stakeholder that is not happy with the way project is moving, and requesting immediate answers to questions, that requires involvement from your management?
The interview process was as expected with typical interview project management questions. Most of the questions were related to my background and work experiences. My interview included 3 rounds, met with recruiter then hiring manager, followed by the hiring manager's boss.

3 different sessions: hr, hiring manager and leads of other areas that interact with the role. Everyone was friendly, took the time to explain their role within the company to give the candidate perspective of their future responsibilities.
