The first interview is via an online Zoom meeting. The interview takes 30 - 60 minutes. The second interview is face to face with the programmers and the third interview is in person with the management team in which they will ask you a problem to solve. The answer isn't as important as the way you think to answer the problem. I didn't get to move to the next interview process because there were others more qualified for the position however the interviewer, Tim, was very easy to talk to and very personable. The company is fantastic. I highly recommend them.
