Talked to someone at a career fair. Basic questions: will you require a visa & would you be willing to relocate to Santa Rosa? Was asked a lot of basic programming questions: difference between hash table and linked list, what is inheritance, what are the benefits of OO programming, hashing algorithm, list 3 types of data structures, etc. He also asked questions about electromagnetic waves and rf but I didn't know any of those. Some questions about why I want to work at Agilent and what I know about their products. Had a follow up interview the next day with more problem solving questions like how would you store a million phone numbers.

Good approach with a strong HR professional and consistent follow-up, but a long process with little feedback. Based more on intuition than on technical skills. the technical interview consisted in a lot of question related to both technologies that appeared on the job description, and others not even mentioned on it. Little transparency regarding other candidates.

Interview was fairly simple. It was easy to prepare for and interviewers were nice and helpful. I would recommend applying. Role can be remote or hybrid flexibility. Some are on-site roles.
Very relaxed, and they were kind enough to ask good questions and talk about the salary. I liked the interview, and did not have to wait long to hear the next steps.
