Entretien
The interview process was simple. The talent acquisition lead reached out to me directly from LinkedIn. I had a phone screen, then a video interview, and an in-person interview to meet with two individuals from my team. For the in-person interview, I was asked to present some material to showcase my abilities. All the interviews were very casual, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and seemed knowledgable. I was sold when I was told about the mission to give transportation agencies products that ultimately save lives on the road.

While I was interviewing for the graphic design position, I was asked if I would be willing to help with other needs, such as videos, podcasts, and events. AgileAssets functions as a small software company, with employees who need to wear multiple hats.
