One of my friends working with the company in senior position referred me. Initially HR executive called me and asked basic questions on skill matrix. I have forwarded my resume. First in-person interview scheduled in 3 days. I gave my presentation on my experience as Senior Account manager and answered the panel's questions. Next round of interview scheduled for next week. I have cleared it and got good package. Joined the job the corresponding week.
