      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Agile Actors (Athènes, , Attique) en juil. 2024

      Entretien

      Interview process was very thorough, especially the one with HR - extremely good interviewer, I have to say - she both made me feel uncomfortable and like we had a connection, at the same time. At times, it felt like a light interrogation. Overall, I did not mind it, though - the process was weird. Introductory call, open book technical test - both expected. HR interview, crazy detailed. Then, I was expecting a tech interview with senior programmers, to finalize the process, before meeting with the client I'd be assigned to. Instead, I was counteroffered unpaid training later in time, with "no strings attached". Which I begrudgingly accepted - after all, I want to show them I'm flexible and adaptable. Silly me, we end up having an impersonal training from ground zero - a number of candidates and a few senior developers "mentoring" them. It being impersonal, unpaid, without guarantees that a contract would be offered and at which time, made it a very demotivating experience. I only withdrew my candidacy after 2 months. It was disappointing.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

      There was no technical interview! But, in the technical tests, it was mainly object and array methods in vanilla js, and a simple React application in the second test. The React part seemed easier, to me. There were also a lot of theory questions, but it was open book tests, so, as long as the candidate has a good grasp of the fundamentals, that wouldn't be a problem. The HR questions were about handling situations in past working experiences.
