J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Agerpoint (Daytona Beach, FL) en juin 2016
Entretien
Initial email contact with recruiter who works with company led to a phone screen with recruiter, followed within a couple of weeks by a phone screen with CEO and key players at this small startup. This led to an on-site interview with CEO and slightly different cast of key players at the company HQ In Florida. Interview only lasted about an hour. Everyone was cordial and questions were reasonable.
On the con side, I'm compelled to warn others that I was not fully reimbursed for my expenses on this visit. For the on-site interview, the employer paid for my airfare and reserved a hotel, and asked me to arrange and pay rental car. Although they reimbursed my rental car charges, the employer balked at paying for several other expenses (meals, airport parking, mileage, toll road fees). The recruiter gave me no backup on this. I found this disappointingly unprofessional and outside the norm of my experience.

Question 1
Given the high school records of a number of students, how would you design a system to predict which of them would succeed in college?
Thanks for your review. Of note, our company is now based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. However, employees may work remotely, and many do.
