I was contacted by the HR Department within a week to do a phone interview. The interview took about 30 minutes. I think the interview took so long since its a call center, so they want to hear how you talk over the phone. I feel like she asked me every interview question possible. I thought I did good but never got an opportunity to do the in person.

easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
