No reply or email informing interview outcome after attending interviews. Wasted time to attend two rounds of interviews at AIC office. Inefficient hiring process as I was recommended for another role for interview which I did not apply for.

One online interview followed by a face to face meeting. Interview was with reporting officer and the head of department. HR business partner facilitated process and was the one whom you will mainly communicate with in terms of salary and start date of the employment.

Was ok. Fast but ask a lot of questions. For junior roles it will be more of a look at your attitude rather than throwing challenging technical questions. Enjoyed the detailed sharing from the interviewers as well
