I applied to Agency and heard back for an initial interview with the hiring managers 2 weeks later. I had a 45-minute interview with two people from the company. They told me they should get back to me within 2 weeks. I never heard back. I emailed them 1 month later and still no response. Clearly a very unprofessional organization. They claim to care about equity and non-extractive engagement, but these values are not even reflected in their hiring process. Always be wary of companies that do not practice what they preach.
