straight forward questions. they'll email or call for an interview. process is a week or so. interview was very laid back, no pressure. mostly common sense, basic questions that relates to the previous question

Some general questions in the begining, like tell me about your self. Then some work related, like what to do if a resident had a fall. questions about dementia. teamwork etc.
