I had a phone interview with HR and a Zoom interview with the lead artist, and both were incredibly kind and enjoyable to speak with. However, after the interviews, the company ghosted me—no rejection letter or any communication at all. It was really frustrating to check my email every day without any updates, and my follow-up email about the application status also went unanswered.

Went through a recruiter phone call and then proceeded to an interview with the hiring manager. Was given a timeline for the rest of the process, but there was minimal to no contact afterward.

Entretien
I emailed my resume and then got an offer to interview about 1 month later (after I emailed a few times to follow up). After the interview, I did not hear back for weeks despite emailing several times to check in. The interview was pleasant and I enjoyed the questions, but it was really disheartening not to hear back. When they finally replied saying I didn't get it, it almost felt too late anyway.
