Fill out an application, they call a person in for an interview, typically a decision is made with 3 to 5 days. This company is always hiring and their application is not much more than an application for a high-schools part-time job.

Video interview with hr and lead field tech. They want you to be very aware the hours are not guaranteed, you must be available 24/7 and be at the shop in 30 mins.

First you are contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter conducts a pre-screening (you could consider this your first interview) via phone and asks you basic questions to assess if you are a good candidate. You will be asked about wage, your schedule, if you are a student, your background (experience), etc. If you "pass" the pre-screening (you most likely will), the supervisor will be informed and will later contact you to set up an interview. You will also be assigned to complete some training videos/exercises online. The background check will also commence after this. (Pending your consent of course.) The interview may be held with one or more team members, so be mentally prepared for that. Mine was held with the supervisor and one of the field techs on her team. During this interview you will be asked generic open ended questions and be informed of the way they do things along with employee expectations; etc. If you/they "pass"(remember you are also interviewing them), you will be told to undergo a drug screening and physical. They do employee physicals with Concentra. DECIDE WISELY WHICH CONCENTRA YOU SELECT. (I failed the physical, because I went to a Concentra with negligent practitioners that were not concerned with getting the best accurate results. I passed everything except the spirometry test.- mind you my lungs are in good health. I failed to master the technique, so I failed. They gave me a few tries, but they were not concerned with getting good results just "passing." LOL choose wisely.) During the first interview you will also be measured for and given a respirator. If you don't pass the physical or drug screening you will have to return it. The physical should also be done with the hazmat suit and respirator on. For your own future safety. You need to know how your body responds under heat , strenuous activity, and limited oxygen, etc. =] That is as far as I can share, because I did not get the job close as I was. It was probably for the best. It was a nice and relatively smooth processs (minus the Concentra experience.) I really respected the supervisor and coworker. They were very cool and open minded for the most part. I did attempt to ask the recruiter if I could "re-try" the physical and to see the results, however I was given the cold shoulder; and after weeks of no response, I thanked the supervisor and told her to open up the spot she was holding for me, and I moved on. I wish you the best on your endeavor! I was very curious about the inner-workings of this company/industry, despite their history; I was willing to forgive them and help them grow! hehehe It seems my ideas are better invested elsewhere.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

I was asked a handful of generic questions: (paraphrased) Why are you interested in this position? Tell us about yourself. Background/Resume Derived questions. Can you handle blood, gory sights, etc. Commute time. Etc.
