Seemed like they were desperate to hire anyone. The initial interview seemed like a MLM scheme because it was a large group of people on a Zoom presentation. They made it seem like it would be a 1 on 1. If it wasn't with such a known company name, I would've thought it was a scam. There was literally someone taking the zoom while driving, meanwhile I was fully dressed in interview attire. I was not impressed by the type of candidates that were selected for the call. It's no wonder why I got offered the job following my second interview-- however, it seemed they would have hired anyone. It was not in my best interest to accept the position.
