Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.

This is 100% commission, so you just need to find a DSC in your area you wouldn't like to work with. Interview was laid back. I knew the DSC (same
friend circle) so my process could be different than others.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
