Entretien
Begins with a group zoom where a number of said participants are chosen for the next interview. The second interview is 1 on 1 and shows the interviewer who and what you are.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.

Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.

Entretien
There is a Virtual group setting with up to 20 candidates and cameras are mandatory. You must look at a presentation on video and theres a host that sums up the company background and position. Then you ask questions after about 20 minutes.
