Entretien
Commission based company, zero base pay. Group interview, the process is done via zoom. It is a two step interview process. The first is via zoom and it is presentation style. You can ask questions. It is shared stories, and discussion of benefits. You can make your own schedule. The second interview is a little bit more about you and your work history. By this time they want you and it is basically up to you, if you want to build a business from the ground up. No base pay, no leads. If you are great with cold calling this will be good for you.

Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.

Entretien
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
