Attended a webinar first to get to know what the job position was like. Afterwards, I had an online interview which was very relaxed and enjoyable. Questions weren't difficult and were more about getting to know me as a person (not "describe a time where you were challenged" kind of questions").
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
