The candidates are recruited and brought in for a group interview. In my group there were about 20-25 people present. They tell you about the company as well as give you a bunch of information about how much you can make. What they do not tell you is that the amounts are just their top sellers and there is no discretion on if you get called back. At the end of this session they ask you to sign up for a one on one interview. From there you meet with the manager and basically get offered a job right there. I wanted to do more research before I took the job and after reading many negative reviews I walked away.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
