Pretty much as a ploy to pull the hood over your eyes they will make it seems like you can make an exorbitant amount of money fairly easily. What they don't tell you is that your "support" team pretty much throws you out in to the street and says "good luck out there kid." There is money to be made, but constant cold calling is damaging to the soul.

There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager

Entretien
Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Entretien
Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
