Two interviews that were mainly formalities. The first one was a group presentation and the second interview was one on one. if you had your NY license then they won't turn you down.

Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions. Staff were too busy calling everyone they could find from agencies and the like to recruit them.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
