Very conversational. Only asked about 1 or 2 real questions , and the rest was just talking about myself. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the whole interview lasted about 20 minutes .

I had a group informational "interview" session followed by an individual phone call before being hired. The whole process was relatively straightforward and pleasant. I was asked to describe my background, talk about strengths and weaknesses, why Aflac and what role are you most excited to play. The interviewers were very nice.

Phone call with talent acquisition providing the background of the position. Felt more as if they were selling themselves to you. Unpaid but with the possibility for commission. They also provided free training courses for you to successfully become licensed to sell health and accident insurance in NY.
