A group environment for 1st interview and individual for. 2nd. Very open and comfortable. Felt positive and friendly. Interviewer was relaxed and paid attention to each one of us as we talked. We were all treated equally and without any disrespectful actions or responses. I enjoyed it.

Asked about my past jobs and what I liked. Were very open in allowing us to speak about ourselves and listened to responses. There was no note taking or any type of intimidation of any type. Asked us what we were looking for and very open to any questions we had.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
