J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (San Diego, CA) en mai 2013
Entretien
The initial interview is called a "Career Briefing"- which is a group interview where the head of the office, usually the Regional Coordinator, explains about the company, how it works, the history, and also explains what the position will entail. These interviews are for Insurance Sales, so read up on Aflac as it is not your basic insurance company, it is supplemental insurance. Don't know what that is? You better look it up if you want this job because knowledge of the product and company is what is going to make you stand out! If it feels like a good fit, then the Regional Manager will call you in for a 1 on 1 interview where you can talk more seriously about your position and what you will need to do to work for Aflac. (e.g. get your insurance license)

Question 1
For me, the most difficult question was: What does Aflac do? I was able to answer "Supplemental Insurance" but I didn't know what that actually meant. It is also smart to find out what Aflac does other than just insurance. They are a great company who gives back to society in many ways.

Very Brief. The interviewers were not even the ones who would be in a part of the team. They asked very rudimentary questions. They did not provide a lot whole lot of feedback about the company.
