The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

5 of us met in a room and they went over how it worked- compensation, how the selling process worked, and how the training goes. Then they let us know if we were still interested to contact them back for a formal interview.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
