Was mislead with how this "interview" process worked. Received an email from a lady asking to join a 1 on 1 zoom interview. Once I log in, there are 30 plus other people and a "manager" talking about how to run our own business using insurance policies. A lot of red flags and MLM lingo was used such as mentorship, passive income, recruitment, etc. There were going to be a breakout session with 1 on 1s but I hung up early because I was truly disgusted on how misleading this process was. I would avoid this company altogether if possible as it shows traditional signs of MLM/Pyramids. The major red flag for me was when they specifically mentioned we all had the job without even conducting a formal interview. They literally recruit anyone.

Group Format for first round. They give you the oppty to understand what they are looking for and what the position actually is to allow you to see if you would still be interested going forward.
