J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Saginaw, MI) en oct. 2016
Entretien
Very informal, Interviewer kept talking to their employees during the interview, No interest in asking interview questions just reading information from an Aflac brochure. Told me in the interview that I'd be selling insurance based on commission, no hourly pay. Then told me that he would say I performed experience towards my future career and fill out any paperwork required by my university for my major. Basically, he told me during the career fair that I'd have an interview for an internship for my major. After driving an hour to his office I had to sit through the most unprofessional interview I've ever had to find out that this "internship" wasn't an internship.

It was friendly not too stressful, easy to talk to. Make me less nervous which is amazing. The whole process is smooth. Knew more about the team and the structure

Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!
After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
