There was a group interview where they explained Aflac, what the job entails and how compensation would be done. You had express your interest level on a scale of 1-10, if you say 7 or lower you will not get a call back for a second one on one interview.

There weren't really interview questions, they just want to make sure you can speak well in order to give presentations and that you can dress up.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
